BT App

Hello, 

I’ve recently opened a broadband account, and have downloaded the app. However, I’ve been unable to access anything on the app as it keeps bouncing me back to a page that says the following:

“You're nearly ready

Finish setting up your profile and add your BT account to start using the MyBT app.”

When I follow the link provided, it asks me to log in on the webpage. I do this, and nothing is needing to be completed. It’s incredibly frustrating as I can’t access anything on the app at all.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

When you set up your MyBT on the web did you completed all the sections in "Your Details" the "Your Personal Details" including the "Contact Details" that are used to send recovery details to.

This is also the phone and email address that the "Two Factor Authentication"  PIN number is sent to which is now obligatory and can not be opted out. The email address must be different from your BTID username which must be an email address.

Hi, thank you for your reply. Yes, all this has been completed and double checked. 
It’s a mystery why it won’t work at the moment!

Is your broadband active and are you able to connect to it when using the app.

If you are have you gone through the "Your wifi network" section to ensure you are connected to your BT hub?
