Perhaps you should consider why you have problems with forums.
I resolved not to visit this blog again but it might be of interest that whether due to my raising this issue or just good product management BT have fixed this. As usual I could not get the Cloud to start but instead after logging into my BT account a new registry start up item was added which now reliably starts the Cloud app on start up. THANK YOU BT. As I will no doubt be subjected to all sorts of critisism for this I will certainly not be visiting this blog again.
