BT CLOUD

BT Cloud does not work at all. When I check 'All My Files' on the BT website there is nothing there, so where are my files BT.

The desktop app appears to upload somewhere but not to my account. BT where is my personal data?

I have reported this as a fault 3 weeks ago alas nothing has happend to rectify why I seem to be able to upload, however BT don't know where my files have gone.

Obviouly BT can't manage my files as they can't find them, so this service isn't secure enough to use.

Why do BT have a 'Cloud Storage Service' that isn't secure and cannot tell me where my files/data goes. Have now deleted (I think) all files, however who knows as BT can't tell me anything other than they have been looking into this for the past 3 weeks. I complained after 2 weeks however that didn't work.

Welcome to this customer to customer forum.

BT Retail have a specialist team set up for any BT Cloud related technical queries. You can reach them on 0800 500 3114, 9am to 9pm Mon - Fri 9am to 6.30pm Sat and Sun. I'd recommend contacting that number rather than the normal number.

Its best to edit out your fault reference, as its personal to you, and this is a public forum.

I'll try to remove the fault ref.

Anyway already gone down that road with BT Cloud on that phone number, 3 weeks later still no progress.

Think I may escalate to Libby Barr's office

It would be best if you seek support via this forum, as you will get personal attention, and someone to take ownership of your issue.

The person you mentioned, does not work for BT Retail any more.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Hi @davese I'm really sorry about the fault with your BT Cloud service, I'll send you a Private Message with details on how you can contact the moderation team. We'll chase this up with the cloud team to find out what's happening if you send over your details.

Tried to send private message to Neil, however systems says I've reached my limit for private messages so wont' send. By the way I've never sent a private message before ?????????????

Somebody reported this issue with Private Messages before, not sure what the issue is.

@NeilO There seems to be a problem, any ideas? Perhaps its just you Smiley Wink
