Hi @SpottyDog  and @david644803  thanks for sending over your details. I activated BT Cloud on my account to see how/if I could deactivate it and I could not find any way for it to be changed back to deactivated.

Therefore I checked with the Cloud team and they have confirmed that once a customer activates Cloud (which they may have done at any time in the past by clicking the bottom that says activate) it stays active.

There’s no way of deactivating it. That doesn’t mean that you are actively using the service. Instead, it just means that the service is ready for you to use in the future should you wish to do so.

Hi John

I still maintain I have never activated BT Cloud, I have had another look at Manage BT Cloud  and it asks you to Launch Desktop Client and there is also a page that asks you to Accept or Decline T&C's so I have click decline.  That's why I find BT's webpage so confusing.
