My BT Cloud App will not load up my Albums where I store a lot of my photos. When I select Albums it does not load then gives me a not connected to Internet message even though I am fully connected. The Cloud app still works fine on Ipad or Windows. Any help?
Thanks for posting about the Cloud. I'm sorry you're having problems uploading your albums. Your best bet would be to contact the Cloud Helpdesk on 0800 500 3114. They're open 9am to 9pm Mon - Fri 9am to 6.30pm Sat and Sun. can you give them a shout and let me know how you get on?
