BT Cloud App on Galaxy S7 keeps saying 'Waiting for Network'...

As title, even thougn the phone is connected via WiFi, and I can browse, send email, do FB, and all that stuff, the BT Cloud App keeps thinking the phone is not connected to the internet.

 

I keep getting an 'Alert' saying:

 

File could not be uploaded

Make sure you device is connected to the internet and try again.

 

Why does this happen???

I can no longer backup my photos!

Hi @eugene7  Sorry you are experiencing a problem with the Cloud service.

I now have a Galaxy s10+, and have the same issues.
BT Cloud will not keep sync up-to-date!
