Hi @mb2 welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Sorry that you cannot get the Cloud to work on your iPhone. If you are still unable to get it working call the Cloud Helpdesk on 0800 500 3114 (9am to 9pm Mon - Fri 9am to 6.30pm Sat and Sun) they are best placed to help you with this.
Thanks - have tried this number a few times- I just can;t get through to BT Cloud help on it. Put in a queue for ages and then just through to the general help desk (who are useless!)
Is there a Trck I'm missing?
Update - I decided again to uninstall and re-install the app (3rd time I tied it) and this time it worked! All seems fine now.
