I have been running the back up to the BT cloud and it has backed up a lot of my files, but has got to a point where it says:
LOCK:Sorry we are unable to access this file at this time. We'll try again later.
The back up never gets past this point, still leaving a lot of files not backed up.
I have searched my PC and can't find a file called LOCK.
How do I fix this please?
Hi @Dgrubb welcome to the forum and sorry that you are getting this error when trying to back up the Cloud. You would be best to give the Cloud helpdesk a call on 0808 100 6778 as they are best placed to help you with this.
