PC running Windows 10. A while back Bt Cloud updated and I have never been sure if it is still working. Before it used to load and back up/sync when the PC started. I downloaded the user guide and started from basics. I can access the website and see my files. I shared some pictures as a test, all OK. User guide tells me I need Cloud Web Client AND Desk Client. Instructions tell me click on Launch desktop client button. When I do that and activate the download message appears indicating install is progressing. BUT never goes beyond that, guide tells me I should get a dashboard but nothing happens. I have BT in 'Apps' files and a BT Cloud shortcut, but clicking on either of these produces nothing. What am I doing wrong?
