Re: BT Cloud Error code UN2 when logging in and cannot download files

  • While I haven’t had this particular issue, I can sympathise with the experience you’ve had with BT Cloud support. It wasn’t too long ago when there were indeed BTCloud product experts who you could ring up and talk to. They actually understood the issue you were  having and knew  about the product. What the current release was, whether a fix was in progress etc. But alas it seems now every time I ring up ( or they update me on my year long Android 10.0 phone and BTCloud saga) they simply take down the info and pass it on to Syncronoss. And unfortunately Syncronoss seem quite hopeless. Not updating BT - or progressing - and therefore making BT seem inept. I guess proper  BTCloud support direct from BT has gone for good. And  - given BTCloud is no longer available to new BB customers - it won’t be too long before it’s withdrawn altogether. A shame,  because apart from  issues with the mobile app, and the odd glitch with the PC,  it’s been (and still is) a reliable backup solution.
