Have started using BT Cloud from a PC with Windows 10 and have uploaded successfully over 25,000 files. These files are all data, pictures and similar. there should be no system or application files. 502 files are reported not transferred. How can I find out what file names these are.
@paul987 this BT cloud help link explains why this can happen. But you may need to contact the Cloud helpdesk to get that fixed and they can be contacted on 0800 500 3114 9am to 9pm Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm Sat and Sun.
