BT Cloud Log in UN2

I log in using my primary account and get this reply: "It doesn't look like you're eligible for BT Cloud on this BT ID. Please check you're logging in using the primary BT ID for your BT Broadband account. If you need further assistance, please contact us at bt.com/help/contact. Error code UN2."

I have recently replaced my primary drive SSD

Hi @RobCornwall welcome to the forum and thanks for your post about the BT Cloud.

Has this only started happening and it worked ok before?
Do you have multiple accounts on your BTID? If so check the drop down box beside your account number and select your broadband account.

Just started post upgrade of SSD, cloned using Acronis. Outlook would not work at first as .ost file had not copied correctly.

Copied .ost, Outlook OK.

Can access via Website using known details, redownloaded Cloud file and installed, still no Cloud access from computor.

Prime account is correctly identified.
