BT Cloud Login Error!

I can not login and set up BT Cloud on my desktop, I get this message box.


Login Failed. Make sure that your Caps Lock Key is turned off. Check user user name and password, and try again. Note that accounts are device bound, so you can only login with one account from this computer.


At the the BT Cloud website all I get is a blank Purple screen, I can only access BT Cloud from my iphone.

I have contacted the support team who have uninstalled and reinstalled the desktop app 3 times, they have taken a zip file from the support tool scan and they said that someone will call me back. 

It's now been two weeks.


Anyone have the magic fix please.
