Hi,
I need some help in getting into my BT Cloud. I have BT Broadband and the Cloud is included within the package - this is verified when i log into MYBT.com. I have downloaded the link onto the PC but upon login it tells me that i am not the main account holder. I have been into my profile and i most definitely am the main account holder.
It must be user error as i am baffled as to what to do next, i am going around in circles when i try to find a fix within MyBT.com and have done all the things suggested on The Community. Perhaps i need intervention from a Moderator to solve the issue?
Unless of course someone can possibly explain what is going on and how to resolve.

You're not alone, wait a couple of days and it'll probably start working again. Not very helpful I know but then neither is this
