BT Cloud - Not Processed?

Hello,

I've recently been getting this message, when trying to 'share by email'

I have sixty percent of my allotted space, still available - so what's wrong?

Many thanks in advance,

Re: BT Cloud - Not Processed?

Hi Bizarreo,

What Browser are you using?

What is the file type you are trying to share (.mkv/avi/mp3 etc)?

Can you select a photo and share that successfully?

Thanks

Re: BT Cloud - Not Processed?

I have deduced that I can't share an MPEG or MP3 file so I just gave up on using the BT cloud for sharing.  Its a free giveaway that has no value to me whatsoever.  All these files are entirely private and, if there is a copyright, its mine but I reckon that is why it breaks.  Whayv my pdf files or txt files are not blocked I donlt know as they may well be copyrighted to someone else.  It feels like a really crude bloc,.  I'd love to be told I am wrong on this.

Re: BT Cloud - Not Processed?

Ive just hit this problem also - Ive got back from holiday and trying to share some video footage with my family.  The file is of type '.MTS' and was taken on a small Sony camera - why cant I share these files ?  Does BT think Im trying to share the latest blockbuster movie so are blocking me ?  Whats the problem here BT ?  I can share other video files such as .mov or .mp4

please advise.  I dont want the advise to be 'save as another file type' as thats not acceptable !
