In trying to clean up my BT Cloud I emptied all the files from my online cloud ready to start again. Now when I look at my Quota Information it says my Quota is 0GB of which I am using 0GB (100%).
When I look at my BT account it says that I have 50GB of space provided.
It seems to me that BT Cloud is confused as to what I actually should have?
Could this be why my install is failing on my PC??
