Access to my BT Cloud account over recent days has been erratic to say the least. Accessing via www browsers (IE and Chrome). Sometimes I can login no problem, then it is unavailable several hours later it may be available again...then it's down again. I have tried all the usual stuff. Access to my account on iphone is OK. The problem appears to be the browser login access at mapi(dot)robt(dot)bt(dot)com
This is where the connectivity is randomly failing. The problem is NOT my internet, NOT my PC (I have tried 3 separate machines) and not my user account. It is the www browser login process at BT's end of the connection.
