Same issue. India help desk advises unistalling and re installing! That doesnt work.
This is completely ludicrous.
The problem is back again.
What on earth are you doing BT.
Sort it out permanently.
Time to get compensation I think.
Yes same problem has reoccured for me too. Phoned BT Cloud / Premium Email team (0800 5003114). They know there's a problem. They're working on it. It should be restored within 24hrs apparently.
I have been having this problem since Thursday last week. Have just finished speaking with the Helpdesk and what a total waste of time. Wouldn't listen when explaining the problems, and insisted on uninstalling and reinstalling the program. Even though I knew and told him it would have no impact.
35 minutes later eventually said he would pass it across, but come on BT, you know there are clearly big issues so how about you communicate what is happening to your paying customers, and actually get it fixed.
Otherwise, really not sure why I am bothering to pay you for services I am not receiving.
