My BT Cloud sync folder contained a lot of videos and was taking up too much space on my C: drive.
I went to settings and changed the location of the folder to another disc, which it did. It says that all your files will be moved. However, the new folder is empty and the original has disappeared from the C: drive. Where are all my files.? They had not all been synced as they were taking so long to upload.
How do I get my files back. I assume they are not deleted, just lost.
