Hi, I canceled my dropbox pro account and started using bt cloud sync app on windows 7. It worked few days fine and now it's crashing. I have reinstalled app several times but no joy. Here is log from windows error log:

Hopeless! I understand now BT provides this **bleep** app with massive storage so no one actually use it. If I don't get reply from BT in few days I will switch to Dropbox.
Seriously, where are the developers? Is anyone actually monitoring this forum?
