For approx. six weeks BT Cloud cannot login due to the UN2 error code, saying I'm not eligible for BT Cloud.
Logged fault several weeks ago, and despite regular progress calls from an overseas tech team, no real progress yet with repetitive 'were looking into it'. Today now quoted it may take several more weeks! At which I advised my disgust!
Is it just me? It seemed concurrent with some BT software upgrades? Added annoyance as BTCloud app runs in background, can't connect and stalls laptop until I manually close app.
Still unresolved after 8 weeks, all I get is regular calls stating it will take another few day/another few weeks/give us 24 hours which have now become tedious. Decision time as final call to uk fault line today was ineffective. Advisor comment 'well you don't pay for cloud'...just added insult to injury!
