I have just installed BT Cloud, but am unable to log into both the desktop client and also the browser.
I am getting the following message:
"A local account with your email address already exits. We are currently unable to link facebook accounts to existing accounts. This will be possible soon."
There is a 'continue' button, but clicking on it does nothing, but when I click a second time I get this message!
To protect privacy and improve security, the page you are trying to access is no longer available. Please, close the window and start over again.
I used to have BT Vault, and remember installing BT Cloud a while back, but surely that shouldn't stop me from logging in?
Hi @wolosp Sorry you having trouble with your BT Cloud. Contact the Cloud help desk on 0800 500 3114 and I'm sure they'll be able to help you with this.
