No I don't think it is anywhere near being fixed, for example still ticks itself to start with Windows on startup despite what I untick.

 

I notice new threads on it are being opened almost on a daily basis.

 

just had an email from BT Shop telling me about a new 4TB disk complete with backup software to look after those precious memories....mmmmm  do they know something we don't ?

 

Very conspicuous by its absence is any comment from BT and of course nothing from Synchronoss at all.

 

BT in my experience on other issues has some really good helpful people but I guess even they can't fix the unfixable.

Except that it SHOULD be fixable..Dropbox has worked for years!

The previous BT Cloud worked for years as well and didn't need this last "update".

and 1,000+ other cloud providers and software vendors. If any cloud product had an SLA of months to fix a complete outage then they would be closed in 2 seconds flat. Its bonkers....

I've lost track of all the comments in this topic.

Today, the BT Cloud desktop refuses to run.

It reaches the login stage, then flags up an error "page not available".

It's "just" possible to run the web app from within My BT, so I managed a fudge by manually uploading the required file.

Fortunately all files are still intact on the pc. So....OneDrive to the rescue again as a backup of a backup!

Strange my Desktop is not working either cant find the web page...

Strange mine fails as well from the desktop cant be bothered to try the web..I only have test data there anyway
