I have two BT accounts, each with BT Cloud activated, one with the default 2GB and the other with paid-for 250GB. I access both of my accounts with one BT ID...however, when I sign in to BGT Cloud with my singel BT ID, I cannot get access to either Cloud account.
Tried calling BT and got put through, eventually, to their "experts"...sadly I knew more than they did
Anyway, had a fault open for over a week with no response.
Anyone experienced the "single BT ID with multiple accounts" problem ??
Getting exasperated with the lack of access to BT Cloud (which I'm paying for !!)
