BT Cloud - Using two accounts with one BT ID

I have two BT accounts, each with BT Cloud activated, one with the default 2GB and the other with paid-for 250GB. I access both of my accounts with one BT ID...however, when I sign in to BGT Cloud with my singel BT ID, I cannot get access to either Cloud account.

Tried calling BT and got put through, eventually, to their "experts"...sadly I knew more than they did Smiley Wink

Anyway, had a fault open for over a week with no response.

Anyone experienced the "single BT ID with multiple accounts" problem ??

Getting exasperated with the lack of access to BT Cloud (which I'm paying for !!) Smiley Frustrated

There appears to be a design fault with the implementation of BT Cloud.

There were two threads in August concerning the problem.  One of these was a user with two accounts.

You probably need a Moderator to get involved.
