Since the latest update to the BT Cloud Website page I am unable to log in to see my files. When I click on the link "Open BT Cloud Website" a new web page (obviously an update from the old one) appears. On entering my username and password I receive the message 'Username or password incorrect'. This cannot be the case as the data is entered via a password manager and always worked before! I did notice that the URL was different from the original one namely https://btcloud.bt.com/web/test/login. The 'test' part of the URL rings alarm bells.... I can now only access my files by manually entering the original URL: www.btcloud.bt.com. I have raised a complaint with BT and was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same problem recently.

It would appear that BT have now reverted back to the original login page for BT Cloud as when I clicked on the "Open BT Cloud Website" this evening the URL displayed was as follows: https://home.bt.com/login/loginform.
This allowed me to log in OK as the username and password was now accepted. I don't know whether BT will reply to my complaint but as least I can now see all my files! Let's hope when they move their new BT Cloud page back again into the live system it allows users to log in.
This is reoccuring again as of today, went to log into the website via the desktop app, was redirected to the "test" login page (https://btcloud.bt.com/web/test/login) which does not accept my username and password.
Can log into the desktop/android apps normally, so yeah, the website is broke again.
When I logged in via the desktop app this evening the original plain page apperared with only the fields displaying to enter username and password. This Login was successful so it looks as though BT have reverted back to the old login page.
If you decide to call the BT Cloud help number allow plenty of time. I was kept waiting for 40 minutes this Monday afternoon until finally someone answered.
Once again nobody would admit to the cloud service having had any problems. The call lasted another 9 minutes and was a total waste of time.
Here we are 9 months later and this still isn't fixed. If you Google BT Cloud Login, it directs you most firmly to the Test login. The first time this happened to me, I rang up and it was explained how I should be accessing the site, so obviously they knew about the problem. However I keep forgetting how to do it and have to Google it, with the self same results as above.
PLEASE BT can you fix this annoyance? It is confusing and makes you look amateurish or uncaring - or both.
