BT Cloud activated on the wrong account

I have 2 BT accounts and have accidentally activated BT Cloud on the wrong account. How do I deactivate it from that account so that I can activate it on the other one?

I assume you have two accounts registered under the one MyBt account. This is yet another reason why BT Cloud needs a separate username and password.

Thank you for your reply. I have contacted the moderators. I was given a BT Cloud support number yesterday and I waited 50 minutes!!! but no answer. Thanks.
