It says I'm the account holder on the account I use all the time. The other 2 old accounts show as closed, but still appear in the drop down menu. On 'your accounts' page it also shows ;

Multiple accounts

It looks like you have access to 3 accounts.

Click on the account list at the top of this page to switch between accounts.

Is there an account missing?

 

Obviously I don't have access to 3 accounts, as if I try to log in to 2 of them it says 'account closed'. What a mess.

So, I've logged in to my account, the one to which I'm the account holder,  click through to activate cloud and get the message;  

Sorry you can't access BT Cloud, because you are not the registered account holder.

Hi @Radiant, thanks for checking that, the two old accounts shouldn't have any impact on this as long as your latest account number is there. If you give us a call on the number provided in the message we'll be happy to help you get this sorted.
