I have a new PC with Windows 10 latest and am running BT Cloud. Cloud seems to be working and is fully updated with my files but "Backup" is running continuously for several days now. One Drive is working fine too but I resent paying for space. Any ideas?
@PeteBirt I'm really sorry my previous post didn't work. If you call the cloud help desk they'll be able to help you with this. You can reach them on 0800 500 3114 9am to 9pm Mon - Fri 9am to 6.30pm Sat and Sun.
