BT Cloud and e-book formats

I have recently transferred a modest book collection to BT Cloud from Microsoft OneDrive, in various formats.  However when I try to download books for reading using an iPad mini  I mostly am told by BTCloud that the format is not supported (pdfs are usually OK).  Anyone know if there any guidance somewhere on which formats are supported?   Or why is there a problem for BTCloud?  I didn't have this difficulty with OneDrive, which usually just asks me which software I want to use from those on the iPad.

(I've tried the BTCloud help system but can't get it to work on iPad or PC.)

Re: BT Cloud and e-book formats

@JimD I'm sorry to see you're having problems viewing your ebooks using BT Cloud.  @JoeV our BT Cloud expert may be able to help you with this, he's not on the forum at the moment but may be around tomorrow.
