I would imagine you log into your account on the new pc and add it from there, under your products, Broadband then BT Cloud....

It's ok, found it, but it's not installing on an old 32 bit Win 10 PC that runs just fine otherwise. There is no error message and simply no sign of it when the install process ends. Maybe it can't handle 32 bit?
