Hello,
when I open the Bt cloud app and view the Home Screen I can click on a photo thumbnail in the Photos and Videos section and it displays the photo. Same with Documents. If I click on a Music file the App crashes or it thinks about doing something for a few seconds and then crashes.
It is the same if I use the side bar menu to access Photos etc. when I click on the menu item Music the app crashes.
I’m running BT CLOUD IOS app version 22.4.68.
I didn’t want to spend time ringing or contacting the BT helpdesk so I’m hoping someone from BT CLOUD team will see this, or the mods will forward it.
