The latest version is 220.127.116.11, and as you say, you can't open BT Cloud until you have updated. There are no problems here, but if you have a large number of files, then you may have to wait for a few mins. The web portal shows all my files....no problems.
There are problems it once again does not work as it should as it is not automatically backing up the files.
Calling the helpdesk is about as helpful as asking my 1week year old what I should do the software is broken and there is nothing that someone reading from a script is going to be able to fix on the phone to me!
