Anyone else having issues getting the app to log in?
Get to the log in page but then get errors.
Hi @doleawg I'm really sorry to see you're having difficulty getting the BT cloud app to work, have you tried deleting then reinstalling the app? Do the same details allow you to log in directly on the BT Cloud website?

i have just looked at my BT Cloud app on iPad and it’s saying I have no photos,videos, or documents. Anyone know why this is, they were all there last time I looked about a week ago. Hope all my photos haven’t disappeared in cloud of smoke.

@NeilO Sorry for late reply I uninstalled the app and re installed it on my iPad and it now works again all pictures and everything else is there. So panic over thankfully.
