I login to BT Cloud and have to wait just over 5 minutes for the spinning circle to disappear and then I'm presented with an error message.
This is quite ridiculous.
If I need to get a file quickly from the cloud I don't expect to be held up for this long.
Hi @slogger Sorry that the BT Cloud service is running slowly. If you are still having this issue you would be best to call the Cloud helpdesk on 0800 500 3114 and they will be able to assist you.
Thanks - I'll try but as both you and I know, this is a server issue so I won't be holding my breath for a useful response.
