When I get to the log in page, I put in my username and correct password, and get a blank screen. If I click on "show" to check I have put in the correct password, nothing happens. If I click on "Forgotten your login in details?" (even though I haven't) I get a blank screen.
Please can someone help me to get past this, or does anyone know the BT helpline number to call? I can't find it anywhere on the website, it seems to be buried under coronavirus notices.
