A little while ago, I had to re-load Windows 10, and when I first installed BT, I think I tried to do without Admin permission, and had errors.
I since re-installed it, but it will not start when Windows starts. It runs okay if I go to the program folder and start it. However, on the settings page where the option to start when windows starts, and to log out, all the options are "Greyed-out" and thus do not work.
I'm guessing that there is something left over from that original incorrect installation that doesn't get deleted, as I have uninistalled and reinstalled several times.
Does anyone know how to completely remove any trace of BT Cloud for a properly fresh install ?
