I uploaded some CDs to the Cloud a few weeks ago and could play the tracks via the iOS app no problem however I now get the error ‘This audio file cannot be played at this time’. They play ok from my Mac although the browser interface is clunky. They are m4a apple lossless files. Any ideas why it did but now doesn’t work? Have tried other iOS phones and reloading the app but still no joy.
My music files on btcloud won’t open on pc, iPhone or iPad all since latest update in December. The cloud app also won’t load. Anyone any idea what’s happening as call centre just say that there working on it.
