My problem is a bit different. It works OK on my PC, it just flat out refuses to sync on my iPhone.
iOS 11.4 and app ver 17.3.310
I made the mistake of updating the app and then letting it to try and re-index all the files at first run after update.
It looks as if it is backing up until it gets to about 33000 files.
Then it hangs.
Then it crashes, and reverts back to how it was before it started the sync.
This is not what a "speed update" should do!
Hi @jezbod Sorry you are experiencing a problem with the Cloud service not syncing with your Iphone.
Please contact the cloud helpdesk on 0800 500 3114 and they will be able help you with this.
