BT Cloud outage *updated 25/03*

Hi all,

 

Sorry, the BT Cloud is experiencing some technical difficulties at this time.

 

Access has been temporarily suspended whilst we fix the problem. Update will be available as soon as possible.

Hi all,

 

Sorry to everyone who’s been inconvenienced by the BT Cloud outage we posted about on Friday.

 

BT Cloud is available again for you to back-up and download your files, we're really sorry that it's taken this long to fix. Please note that the playback functionality within BT Cloud may not work for some files, we've still got some remedial work to do on the system but we aim to get that sorted very soon. If your files are affected they will appear as a grey icon until we finish our work, but you'll still be able to download these to your device and open them from there.

 

Just to confirm, all of your data will be available when you login. No customer data was lost or compromised as a result of this outage.
