BT Cloud reports storage 99% full when its not

My BTCloud backup appears to be backing up OK however since my recent storage boost/upgrade to 200GB my BTCloud dashboard summary shows storage at 99.4% full ie 198.8GB however when I look at the BTCloud website I see that Im only backing up 65GB (across 2 devices)

 

I cant see any setting re version management but I wonder if that has something to do with it

Any idea what might be wrong?

@affinite if you give the cloud helpdesk a call they'll be able to help with that. You can reach them on 0800 500 3114 9am to 9pm Mon - Fri 9am to 6.30pm Sat and Sun

Solved

My wifes pc had her MS Outlook data file in her Documents folder which was included in the Cloud backup.

BT Cloud TS advise that Outlook generate loads of temp files which eventually fill up the storage.

Solution - move outlook data files somewhere where they are not part of the cloud backup, or specify My Document sub-folders indivdualy, missing out "Outlook Files"

Done, sorted and now working OK after deleting her backup and couple of reboots
