I've just renewed my account and included is an increase in BT Cloud storage from 200Gb to 1000Gb. The PC app is still showing 200Gb after a month and BT Technical seem unable to resolve.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
