BT Cloud sync does not work at Win7/64

I have several computers all running Win7. Using BT cloud to have access to data from all the computers. Computers with Win7/32-bit work o.k. Computer with Win7/64-bit does not sync. After reinstallation of BTC sw initial synchronisation was successful then sync does not work again. Icon dissapearing or showing syncing but nothing happenning. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
