I use BT Cloud. Each day it tells me that I need to udate the software from 17.15.21. I click on "Update BT Cloud". A typical Windows 10 yes or no message appears and I agree to update. It visibly appears to be updateing and soon tells me it has done so. the "you need to update" message dissapears. And then the followng day the same happens. This has gone on for months.
So either it is not updating, or the there is no need as that version is the one its installing....or maybe you have other sggestions.
