I have been using BT Cloud for ages and went through the terrible saga of it not working and deleting files. However, its ben stable for a while - but the last couple of weeks its says
"an error occurred, the application cannot contiue and will be paused". This is happening EVERY SINGLE DAY. the only way to solve it is to exit BT cloud and the restart it - I cant do that every day!!

I had the same thing, yes.
I fixed it by uninstalling and reinstalling, but whilst I don't get that error message any more, my backups don't work.
Terrible product. Kids at school could write something better.
