Since my BT Cloud updated to 19.8.27, I find that although photos and documents can be accessed immediately, music, of which I have 16,000+ songs, takes 10 minutes to load. In this 10 minute period the application just appears to be locked.
Once in, the search facility is not available and sort option sorts only on the first letter and randomly after that so.
Is anyone else experiencing similar problems?

Sorry you're having problems with the Cloud. Your best bet would be to report this to the Cloud helpdesk on 0800 500 3114. They should be able to advise further. Can you try that and let me know how you get on?
