BT Cloud

Go to solution
I unable to log into BT Cloud using the app on my phone. I have uninstalled the app and reloaded it. I have wiped my cache memory however I still get the message "Cannot connect to BT Cloud" with a "Retry" button. It won't allow me to go beyond this screen. I am still able to gain access on my computer. Any advice.

@Eck7003 What type of phone are you using? I believe there is an known issue with Windows phones at the moment.

Re: BT Cloud

Hi @Eck7003,

Sorry you've had trouble on Windows Phone. We published an update last night which addresses the issues, so you'll be able to install it now (if you're phone is set to update apps automatically then it may well have already happened).

Once the update is installed, BT Cloud will start working again.

Thanks,

Joe
