BT Cloud

I now have BT Cloud installed on a Galaxy S10+, and with my phone contact have a HUGE data allowance.

So, I set BT Cloud to backup all photos/videos over data, all the time.

 

But, BT Cloud ignores this setting, and only backs up when I actively go to the BT Cloud app and open it!

This means there is a chance that should I loose my phone all my recent photos/videos will NOT be backed up!

How can I force BT Cloud to backup all the time?

Hi @eugene7  welcome back and sorry you are having a problem with the Cloud service backing up. You would be best to call the BT Cloud helpdesk on0 800 500 3114. They're open 9 AM - 9 PM Mon - Friday and 9 AM - 6:30 PM Sat and Sun as they would be best placed to help you with this.

Hi @eugene7  did you contact the Cloud helpdesk? They deal only with this product and if there are any faults with the App they would be collating information and highlighting this to their product team to make the service better.
