There is not even a section for BT Cloud.
I just renewed my BT service which has been good full fibre, unlimited and suddenly without any warning my BT Cloud which was generous but very, very poorly supported, is reduced from 1000GB to 200GB. As I was using over 400GB this was an appalling irresponsible act.
Furthermore, I can't delete the 'extra' files so can't even reset the whole thing ( and look elsewhere for service,- I still have a week to cancel) and try and get something out of the new limit. No help available whatsoever from BT. What a shambles.

Sorry you're having problems with the Cloud. Have you tried contacting the helpdesk?
You can get them on 0800 500 3114 and they will be able to help you.
They are open 9am to 9pm Mon - Fri and 9am to 6.30pm Sat and Sun.
