BT Cloud

I am trying to set up BT Cloud.

 

When I try to set up on my Android phone there is a connection eoor. I am told to go to MyBT and set BT Cloud up in My extras.

 

When I go onto the BT website, login, and view extras .. there is no panel for BT Cloud. Only NetProtect, WiFi and SmartTalk app.

 

Where do I find the BT Cloud set up ??

Hi wrbell and welcome.

 

If you’re not seeing the Cloud tile on your MyBT then it would point to an account based problem so we’ll need to take a closer look at that for you. So if you’re still having problems with this send over your details and I’ll look into it for you.

Thanks for your reply David,

I spoke to BT on the phone and BT Technical were supposed to be calling me. However, despite 2 promises that they will be calling, they never have!

What details do you need in order to look into this?
