Despite repeated contact with BT 'experts' quite unable to access my BT Cloud page by normal login procedures. My files appear backed up with the little green ticks and so on but retrieval etc. is incomprehensible. Also, help is basic and largely irrelevant, even the special expert I finally talke to gave up and told me to enter via the main BT web page. It of course does not work either. I have the portal but file retrieval etc., beyond me. Is there a proper user guide for this. Little mention is made of this outside BT's marketing effort. Come on BT, make it a proper backup service. It is, after all very generous!
